Sleeping arrangements

Big days deserve a good night’s sleep. Call dibs on one of four king bedrooms, let the bunk-room crew settle into a queen and four twin beds, or turn the study into a cozy retreat with its queen sleeper sofa. There’s comfortable sleeping space for 16, so everyone can recharge for tomorrow’s adventures, or a gloriously lazy morning.

Four extra twin mattresses offer flexible sleeping arrangements, and there’s a crib for the littlest member of the crew.

Gathering and outdoor living

Fresh mountain air. Sunshine on the decks. A day that’s yours to fill—or not. Start with coffee and mountain views, head out for adventure, then come home for a well-earned soak in the hot tub. Share dinner outdoors, spark a little ping-pong rivalry, or stretch out for movie night. With inviting spaces inside and decks that tempt you to stay outside, everyone can find their own pace. A different season. A whole new reason to come back. Winter brings snowy mountain days and steamy hot-tub nights. Summer is for bike rides, sunshine, and dinners that linger out on the decks. Come fall, golden leaves turn the mountain backdrop into a reason to put your phone down, or take just one more photo. Start slow with coffee and a view, head out for adventure, then come home to your favorite spot beneath the mountain sky.

Getting to the slopes is simple: walk about one minute to the shuttle stop, then take an approximately three-minute ride to the base and Winter Park Village. Kitchen and bar

Gather for meals in the full kitchen, then keep snacks and refreshments close at hand at the separate bar/kitchenette. The bar includes two beverage coolers, a microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, sink, silverware, and glassware.

Parking and ski storage

The driveway accommodates up to six cars. No street parking is permitted. The garage serves as a ski locker and is typically not available for parking. Additional visitor parking is located at the entrance to the Lakota neighborhood; please follow posted rules and availability.
